Bear Branch Horsecamp Pet Policy

We’re thrilled to welcome your furry companions to Bear Branch Horsecamp! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please review our pet policy:

1. Pet Fee: We require a non-refundable pet deposit of $50 per stay. This helps us maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our cabins and campsites for all guests.

2. Flea-Free Zone: All pets must be flea-free before arriving. If your pet is found to have fleas, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.

3. Pet-Friendly Areas: Pets are welcome in designated cabins and campsites. Please keep them off the furniture, including beds. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if pet hair or dirt is found on the beds.

4. Leashes & Supervision: For everyone’s safety, pets must be on a leash at all times when outside your cabin or campsite. Pets should not be left unattended in the cabin or campsite.

5. Clean-Up: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please dispose of waste in the designated trash bins.

6. Disturbances: If your pet becomes a disturbance to other guests, we may ask you to find alternate arrangements for them.
